Prosecutor's office Leninsk district Jewish Autonomous region carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions when attracting to labor activity the persons which were earlier replacing municipal positions. It is established that the head of municipal authority signed the labor contract with the worker who was earlier replacing a position of the civil civil servant in law-enforcement bodies who in 2018 is admitted under the labor contract to this institution.
