The unusual water tornado is noticed to Scotland

To Scotland it was noticed by a tornado when in some regions of the country passed heavy rains and thunder-storms. Inhabitants County of Midlothian were surprised, having seen the unusual weather phenomenon Tuesday afternoon. To 11 o'clock in the evening on Tuesday the yellow prevention of thunder-storms acted on the most part of the central, east and northeast Scotland.
