In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation introduced the bill of protection of the rights of high school teachers

On consideration of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation introduced the bill developed in pursuance of the July decision Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation which is directed on protection of the labor law of teachers of higher education institutions. The document is published in the Duma electronic base. Before Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation decided to exclude from article of the Labour code the situation, allowing to sign contracts with teachers in higher education institutions as for an indefinite term, and for the term determined by the parties of labor contracts, and also the norm, allowing not to sign contract at reception of the employee on competition to the position which is earlier occupied by it on the urgent labor contract...
