After intervention of prosecutor's offices Kalarsky district the municipality terminated prisoners without competitions contracts rents land plots

Prosecutor's office Kalarsky district Zabaykalsky territory in July, 2022 carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on land use and protection of the competition. It is established that the administration of the Kalarsky municipal district in 2020-2021 concluded 13 contracts rents land plots without carrying out auctions, thus at tenants the priority right for the conclusion of such contracts was absent. Prosecutor's office brought representation in administration and demanded to eliminate the revealed violations.
