On the military range of "Tsrancha" in Oblast Pazardzhik in the south Bulgaria was started by an active phase of the international doctrines Balkan Spirit. About it on September 1 reports BNR. According to official information, forces of special army divisions take part in maneuvers from Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.
