A.P. Moller – Maersk Group leave ports to Russian Federation

The largest world container operator of A.P. Moller – Maersk Group left the share in the Russian ports, having sold 30,75% in Global Ports to Group of companies "Delo", already owning share of the same size. Entering A.P. Moller – Maersk Group APMT under the terms of the transaction keeps opportunity to renew partnership with Group of companies "Delo". According to analysts, the partnership with State corporation "Rosatom", owning 49% of "Business", provides to group sufficient state support to expand and consolidate business by such acquisitions as a share of APMT or recent purchase SASCO shipping companies.
