Alexander Alekseevich Ivanov, the world champion of 2013 in sports walking, received disqualification for a dope. The independent organization for fight against violations reports on August 27 about it on the site in track and field athletics of Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) which made the decision on punishment. On a site AIU it is specified that the decision was made on August 25, violation — "use forbidden a substance/method (article 2.2)". Alexander Alekseevich Ivanov is discharged of competitions for 2 years, counting is conducted since August 25.
