Two inhabitants of Aksubaevo district are found guilty of violation of inviolability of the dwelling

Prosecutor's office Aksubaevo district Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning 38-year-old and 32-year-old locals. Court found them guilty of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 139 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation of inviolability of the dwelling). In court it is established that in the afternoon on December 29, 2021 persons involved, having been drunk, through a window got into the house of the neighbor in the village Old Kiremet where they earlier often remained to stay for a while.
