The national strike in protest at growth of cost of life began to South Africa, reported News24 portal. According to organizers of an action — the South African federation of labor unions (SAFTU) and the Congress of the South African labor unions (COSATU), about five thousand people participated in strike. Representatives of the organizations passed march on streets of Polokwane and proceeded to office of the prime minister of Province of Limpopo Stanley Matabata.
