Prosecutor's office Aksubaevo district Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 43-year-old local. Court found the man guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 119 (threat of murder or causing heavy harm to health if there were bases to be afraid of implementation of this threat).
