The governor Alexey Ostrovsky held meeting with heads of municipalities concerning realization in the territory of the region of the federal program "Pushkin Card". The main report was made by the chief of Department po kulture Mikhail Ivushin who informed on results of involvement of Smolensk youth in the Pushkin Card program local governments in 1 half-year 2022. The program started to Russian Federation on September 1 last year under the auspices of Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
