In Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation declared that Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic have no obstacles for cooperation about North Korea, as republic — not members of United Nations

Concerning North Korea sanctions of United Nations work which limit possibilities of the countries on cooperation with it, however Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic are not included into the world organization therefore can employ North Korean workers for works on restoration of the infrastructure. So the director of the department of the international MFA of Russia organizations Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Petr Ilyichyov commented on the recent statement of chapter of Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin about negotiations on the direction of builders from North Korea for work in Donets Basin.
