The early termination of powers of Council of lawyer chamber is initiated only by Council of Federal chamber

On August 11 in the mixed format the next meeting of Council of Federal chamber of lawyers of Russian Federation" considered disciplinary cases in the relation of four lawyers, the conclusions of the Commission of Federal chamber of lawyers of Russian Federation" on ethics and standards (further – KES, the Commission) according to 9 complaints on decisions of councils of regional chambers on the termination of the status of the lawyer. In one case Council agreed with the Commission conclusion about existence of bases for change of the decision and application of other measure of a disciplinary responsibility.
