Prosecutor's office Birilyussky district Krasnoyarsk Krai carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that contrary to law requirements, the deputy of one of the Village Councils Birilyussky district Krasnoyarsk Territory did not submit the certificate of the income, expenses, property and obligations of property character within the term established by the law. For elimination of the revealed violations prosecutor's office brought representation to the chairman of village council of deputies, and after its deviation sent to court claim with the requirement about the early termination of powers of the deputy.
