"To declare itself": why in Baltics call EU to forbid tourist's visas to Russians and to recognize Russian Federation as the sponsor of terrorism

Chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia Edgar Rinkevich addressed to EU with an appeal to impose a ban on delivery of tourist visas for citizens Russian Federation. Besides, he offered EU to recognize Russian Federation as the sponsor of terrorism. Earlier with idea to enter the all-European restrictions on entrance of the Russian tourists into the countries of EU the Minister of Foreign Affairs Estonia Urmas Reynsalu acted. In Moscow do not exclude such option of developments events, but warn that it will inevitably cause response.
