District court of the Kaa-Khemsky district of the Tyva Republic pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the 31-year-old local. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 264.1 (management by the vehicle in a state of intoxication the person subjected to administrative punishment).
