Prosecutor's office Verkhnekolymsky area Sakha (Yakutia) Republic carried out an inspection of observance of the forest legislation, the legislation on waste of productions and consumption. It is established that on lands of forest fund near Zyryank's settlement 2 unauthorized dumps of the solid household waste which total area made more than 3 thousand sq.m. are formed. Not taking measures to elimination of these dumps violates the rights of citizens for favorable environment, bears the increased threat of emergence of forest fires.
