In Makhachkala the transport prosecutor directed to court criminal case upon violation of the rules of movement and operation railway transport

The Makhachkala transport prosecutor approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the driver of the train and its assistant. They are accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 263 (violation of the rules of safety movement and operation railway transport by the person, owing to performed work obliged to observe these rules if these acts entailed on imprudence causing heavy harm to health of the person).
