Estonian firm won court against European Commissions

The Estonian agricultural company AS Tartu Agro won in European court process against European commissions, representatives of firm reported. The statement of European Commissions that AS Tartu Agro received the illegal state help by the conclusion of contracts rents with the state in 2000 is recognized insolvent.
