The Chinese Ganfeng Lithium gets a new lithium asset in Argentina

The Chinese company Ganfeng Lithium, the largest producer of lithium in the country, intends to expand the assets due to acquisition registered on British Virgin Islands companies with Lithea which possesses the rights for two fields of lithium in Argentina. The transaction of $962 million has to be approved by regulators.
