The deputy prosecutor of the republic approved the indictment on criminal case about the murder committed in Kaa-Khemsky district more than 30 years ago

The deputy prosecutor of the republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 59-year-old inhabitant Kaa-Khemsky district. He is accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder) provided p.1 by Art. 105. According to the investigators, in October, 1991 in the apartment of one of houses of the village of Buren-Hem Kaa-Khemsky district, accused during drinking of alcoholic drinks with the acquaintance, because of quarrel and the arisen personal aversions, applying an axe, struck the last numerous blows in various parts of a body.
