The former President of Ukraine Leonid Danilovich Kuchma ranks of the honourable citizen deprived Sevastopol, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". The decision on deprivation of a rank was made by deputies ZAKONODATELNOE SOBRANIE SEVASTOPOL at session Gorodskoy parlament. As the deputy of ZAKONODATELNOE SOBRANIE SEVASTOPOL Vasilii Mikhaylovich Parkhomenko told, Leonid Danilovich Kuchma continued to conduct active political activity, representing Ukraine at negotiations on the Minsk agreements.
