The Russian ambassador to Spain Youri Petrovich Korchagin recommended to Russians not to go to Madrid in days of carrying out there NATO summit. He made such statement on air Russian information channel "Rossiya 24". He explained the recommendation to that in the Spanish capital there takes place serious operation on ensuring safety in connection with NATO summit.
