Deputies in governors

Parliamentary games end promotion of candidates in governors. As expected, from "United Russia" Party 12 of 14 acting heads (heads of regions stand and the acting), two more of them go independent candidates. The opposition nominates leaders of the regional cells — deputies of local parliaments. Thus in several regions communists and Social Revolutionaries can refuse fight in advance.
