The Galichsky interdistrict prosecutor's office approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 35-year-old inhabitant of Yaroslavl Region. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by the item "and," ch.3 by Art. 228.1, h. 3 Art. 30, item "g" of h. 4 Art. 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the illegal sale of drugs made by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement, in a considerable size, attempt at the illegal sale of drugs made in a large size).
