The Ukrainian tortures came into force

As newspaper "Kommersant", City Court of the Moskovka settlement became known, having rejected complaint protection, upheld the decision on the correspondence arrest of the chief of Bashtansky regional department of UMVD Ukraine in County of Mykolaiv Nozdratenko Alexander, accused of tortures of the Russian military personnel who was taken prisoner during special operation.
