To Magadan Region two inhabitants of Susuman are condemned for hooliganism and causing death on imprudence

Susuman district district court Magadan region pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning two locals. They are condemned for commission of the crimes provided by h. 2 Art. 213 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the hooliganism made by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement, to a use of weapons) and h. 2 Art. 139 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal penetration into the dwelling, with threat of application of violence). Besides, one of men is condemned according to p.1 Art. 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (causing death on imprudence).
