Ramush Kharadinay: the agreement with Serbia does not break the sovereignty Kosovo

Alliance chapter Political party "Alliance za budushcheye Kosova" Ramush Kharadinay commented on June 21 on the agreement with Serbia, allowed to raise payment for the electric power from inhabitants of four northern municipalities Kosovo.
