The Russian millionaire and ex-senator from Republic of Buryatia Vitaly Borisovich Malkin, and also his former business partner and the ex-prime minister Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili decided to submit claim to court on Credit Suisse Group AG because of losses of 500 million Swiss francs (€491 million), reports newspaper "Le Figaro" with reference to the German newspaper Sonntagzeitung.
