On request of the prosecutor of the Lebyazhyesky area the legal entity is brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation on counteraction corruptions

Prosecutor's office Lebyazhie district Kurgan region carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the anti-corruption legislation. It is established that the former employee of traffic police of territorial department of police of Administration office of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Kurgan region was employed in LLC private security company "Sobol". At the same time the employer in defiance of requirements of 4 Art. 12 of the Federal law of 25.12.2008 No. 273-FZ "About counteraction " did not report corruptions about the conclusion of labor contracts to the representative of the employer (employer) of the civil servant in the last place of its service, i.e. the chief of Administration office of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Kurgan region on request of the prosecutor...
