Three virtual concert halls open to Irkutsk Region

This week within the national Culture project to Irkutsk Region three virtual concert halls will open at once. One of them will begin work in Culture center "Pass" Slyudyanka on June 9. Two others – in Tayshet on base Culture center "Anniversary" and in the nursery to school arts Biryusinsk – will accept the first audience on June 10. All three establishments won competition against Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and received as a whole 4,5 million rubles from the federal budget.
