Caucasian transport prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation about safety flights by the individual entrepreneur who is carrying out aviation and chemical works with use of the AN aircraft – 2. It is established that flights were carried out without observance of a notifying order, and also in the absence of the existing certificate of the flight validity.
