The inhabitant of Nekouzsky District is condemned for murder

District court of the Nekouzsky district of the Yaroslavl region pronounced a sentence concerning the 32-year-old earlier not judged inhabitant of Nekouzsky District. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder) provided p.1 by Art. 105. In court it is established that in September, 2021 the man, being in the private house in a residence in of Zhuravlevo of Nekouzsky District, being dissatisfied with behavior of the 75-year-old stepfather who swore at his mother and struck to the elderly man some blows to the person.
