Balaev Rasim the National actor Balaev Rasim is elected the chairman of the Union of cinematographers Azerbaijan (SKA). As reports Vesti.az, on Tuesday general meeting of board of SKA took place. Balaev Rasim, put forward instead of the late Rustam Ibragimbekov was unanimously elected the chairman. Faradzhov Djamel, Omarov Khamid and Oleg Safaraliev also were elected members of Presidium of SKA.
