Researchers from Argentina found the largest type of pterosaurs ever found in South America. Fossils of two huge flying reptiles were found in Plottye's formation to the Argentina Mendosa. Wingspan of two copies made about 7 and 9 meters respectively. Researchers specified that it azhdarkhidy, family of the pterosaurs living in the end of the Cretaceous (about 146 - 66 million years ago).
