Prosecutor's office Erzin district Tyva Republic carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation in the sphere of protection of the woods and settlements from natural fires. It is established that by administrations of rural settlements sumonov "Morensky" and "Naryn" it is not taken measures to creation of the fire-prevention mineralized strips round settlements. The prosecutor brought ideas of elimination of violations of the law to chairmen of administrations and initiated proceedings on administrative offenses on p.1 Art. 20.4 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (violation of requirements of fire safety).
