May 20. information agency "Interfaks" - Shareholders PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK FINANCIAL CORPORATION "SISTEMA" at extraordinary meeting approved on May 19 quantitative structure boards of directors in 9 people, the corporation reported. "System" declared carrying out this meeting in April. Recommended to reduce council to nine directors council. In 2021 shareholders at annual meeting elected board of directors from 12 people.
