For developments cargo transportation on the Transcaspian international transport route on the basis of a special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" is planned to create a container hub. As investors involvement of world container operators as Peugeot SA, A.P. Moller – Maersk Group, MSC, transfers newspaper "Delovoy Kazakhstan" is supposed.
