The former deputy of chapter of Administration of the Tambov region Vladimir Nikolaevich Gromov is translated under house arrest, reported newspaper "Kommersant". Before Vladimir Nikolaevich Gromov it was taken into custody within investigation of criminal case about excess of powers of office and an abuse of authority at implementation of the Demography national project. He was dismissed, and its membership in "United Russia" Party — is suspended.
