The cassation court confirmed illegality of revocation of license of LLC "YUMK BANK"

Moscow. April 8. information agency "Interfaks" - Federal arbitration court of the Moscow area upheld the decision Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow who recognized illegal orders of Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) about revocation of license of the Krasnodar LLC "YUMK BANK" and about input in it temporary administration. In a card file of arbitration affairs it is said that court passed this decision on April 5. Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) in March, 2021 withdrew the license at LLC "YUMK BANK", entering the third hundred to Russian Federation by the size of assets, for numerous violations of requirements of the anti-money laundering legislation.
