"Russians offshore" become more hospitable

Anti-recessionary editing of the legislation mentioned and "the Russian offshore" — special administrative regions (Sports arbitral tribunal) in Vladivostok and Kaliningrad. The bill aimed at simplification of moving of companies in these areas is introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
