Brazil will not begin to condemn Russian Federation because of a situation in Ukraine and will not enter against it the sanction. It was declared to journalists by the president of the South American republic Zhair Messias Bolsonaru. He emphasized that the country intends to keep a neutrality and to be guided by own national interests. In many respects the similar points of view on actions Moscow concerning Kiev were stated by leaders of other states.
