Azerbaijan goes to The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation

Our country is on the threshold of one more authoritative structure – The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation). Azerbaijan, since 2016 acting as the partner of the organization in dialogue, already declared intention to expand a format of cooperation about The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation to the status of the observer in the organization.
