To Kostroma Region limited building of the farmland

In the territory of four areas Kostroma Region limited action of the federal law, allowing to build houses on lands of agricultural appointment. Such decision at meeting was made on February 17 by deputies Regional Duma of Kostroma. Since March 1, 2022 to Russian Federation amendments to the Land code will start working. According to them farmers can build houses on the fields. The law allows regions to control norm application independently.
