In Sarpinsky district gaps of standard regulation are revealed at realization by municipality of powers in the sphere of purchases

Prosecutor's office Sarpinsky district Republic of Kalmykia carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on contract system in the sphere of purchases regarding completeness of standard regulation in the considered sphere of legal relationship. It is established that in defiance of the existing federal legislation administration of regional municipality the normative legal act regulating cases of implementation of bank maintenance of contracts which subject are deliveries goods, performance of work, rendering services for municipal needs, is not adopted so far.
