Ministry of Labor wants to give social packages self-occupied and to regulate "rent" the personnel

The Ministry of Labour at meeting of the working group at Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on work, social policy and affairs of veterans submitted the concept of the new bill of employment of the population in which outlined a circle of key problems: shadow employment, lack of social privileges at self-busy, opaque regulation of the market of loan work and payments on unemployment.
