Senator Dinar Nuketaeva at plenary session of Chamber declared that big groups of young people even more often leave Kazakhstan, thereby creating "army" of the Kazakhstan guest workers, the correspondent of NUR.KZ reports. Dinar Nuketaeva sounded the reason of why Kazakhstan citizens leave the country.
