Now governors bypass provisions of the law the Deputy chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (Central Election Commission) Nicholas Ivanovich Bulaev scarified governors who do not allocate to representatives of parties the quota put on the law in regional electoral commissions. "We analysed a situation on formation of election commissions of this year in 12 subjects.
