Unfriendly actions concerning Russian Federation in Europe have the traditions. Throughout history they steadily are reproduced, can even change names, be covered with different motives, but the essence and the principles remain invariable. Here, for example, a little more than hundred years ago the prime minister France Klemanso Georges urged to create round Russian Federation "a sanitary cordon". The purpose – to stop distribution of "a communistic infection" on the West of Europe.
