The project on range recultivation in Pskov is supervised by STATE COMMITTEE OF THE PSKOV REGION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT which already finished development the draft of estimates documentation and passed ecological examination. Documentation sent to Moscow where will determine design cost. After committee will direct the demand for receiving a subsidy.
